Positive: Original, though slightly haphazard, decor. Well-appointed, but a bit dark. Good brochure of information.

Negative: The bed!! It should be made clear that the bed is only accessible if you have a modicum of agility, and that it could be hazardous for an older person, or even a young person with a damaged ankle! It is abnormally high, can only be accessed from one end, and has barely 10 cm at the sides. I would not have hired this apartment if there had been a clear photograph.

Summary: Central Toulouse in an old building, you have to expect compromises, but the bed was too much.

Positive: Excellent location, clean. I loved the apartment. The host was so kind. She let us check in early and let us leave our suitcases there after check out. She was told us a bit about the city. Would stay there again.

Positive: This was a very spacious apartment with a lot of facilities. It was super clean and well-kept too. The area is very safe, it is in the "poshy" area of Toulouse with one of the nicest cathedrals within less than a 5 minute walk. But in less than 10 minutes you can also reach the main square, the other main historical sites and the more commercial streets. The host is very kind and available. She let us check in earlier because there were no guests before us and we left the luggage in the apartment on the day of check out since our flight was late in the evening. We had some hot water problem in the first day but that was easily fixed as she solved the problem immediately.

Negative: This is a very spacious apartment so at times the wifi was not working from the bed or it was a weak signal. This is something minor. Wifi worked well in the other areas.

Summary: Super comfortable apartment in the heart of Toulouse.
