Positive: At check-in, I was initially given a single room instead of the double room I had booked. Thankfully, Booking.com support helped resolve the issue. The reception staff were not particularly friendly and their attitude felt inconsistent, which made my stay somewhat uncomfortable. At check-out, no one asked whether everything was satisfactory or if I had enjoyed my stay, which was disappointing.
Negative: Housekeeping entered my room twice without knocking. On one occasion, I was still in bed, and despite that, the head housekeeper tried to enter the room. I had to get up to stop her and explain that they should knock before entering. They were polite, but entering a guest’s room without any warning is simply inappropriate.
Summary: A hotel I would not return to

Positive: Very friendly staff, Great location, comfortable beds and good size rooms, price fair for Paris. Enjoyed the free snacks and drinks from 2pm -2am.
Negative: That there is no restaurant for dinner. But many in the area do wasn’t a big problem. Breakfast selection & quality could be improved.
Summary: All round a good experience and would stay here again.
