Summary: Given the location of the hotel, my expectations were super high - especially being a Marriott property. It most definitely did not meet expectations at all. There is no concierge lounge, most of the rooms face the interior of the hotel, so do not expect a view of the city. The staff is incredibly nice and pleasant, but that is about all the positive feedback i can share. Also, the gym is horrible and the TV has no streaming capabilities which is crazy in this day and age. Given the location and cost, you can do much much better than to stay at this hotel.

Summary: My Check was not as welcoming as I expected but a gentleman by the name of Armory who also worked at the front desk stepped in and made the entire process SUPER. They did not have a wheelchair accessible room available but Armory was able to check me in and make arrangements for me to be transferred to a fully accessible room the following day. My bags were brought to the room by bellman Sukuman and he could not have been nicer. Luc and Mohammad also bellmen were friendly and provided recommendations on how to get the full enjoyment from my Paris holiday. The food was amazing the price was very reasonable and the service Ugo provided was exceptional. The room I was transferred to was amazing. A spacious wheelchair accessible room with hard wood floors (no carpet) and a giant roll in shower/w shower bench. Room service also left me a box of delicious chocolate treats. A clean room, friendly staff, great food all in the middle of the action on the Champs Elysees... Super!
