Positive: The Bungalow was lovely and clean. The space was comfortable and decorated nicely. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the assortments of coffee and the amenities provided in the space. The neighbors within the row of bungalows were also welcoming and nice. Their bungalows were well kept and charming.

Negative: When we arrived there was an opened bag of candy on the counter. I think the person who cleaned after the last guest must have left it there. While we loved our space and the row of bungalows surrounding the property, the overall area was very sketchy. We encountered homeless people and people struggling with substance abuse disorders and mental health issues immediately. The patio was very cute, however it backed up to an apartment complex with people walking to and fro to get to their apartments, so privacy in this space was a challenge. Parking was also complex. One night we drove around for long time trying to find a place to park. We worried about parking in the surrounding area due to the chances that the car would be broken into given the homelessness and drug addiction we observed. Fortunately, a spot eventually opened in front of our bungalow after several minutes of driving around to find parking. The beach was also farther away than we anticipated.

Summary: The space itself was lovely, however, the surrounding area detracted from the quality of the space.

Negative: Very expensive for a less than 24 hours stay (one night). The bungalow had very off-putting intense smell of curry.

Summary: Great for a single traveler, don’t book the day before.

Positive: The place was fabulous, but the location was a bit to be desired for two women traveling. My daughter goes to college in Long Beach and was nervous when she came and left to visit. A person was smoking drugs from a glass pipe right near my car when we pulled up to park. I would definitely stay again but wanted others to be aware and careful coming and leaving this area of town

Positive: Comfortable bungalow with everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer. And Cali the cat visits were very welcome.

Negative: Didn't like the night lights in the bedroom that couldn't be turned off, having to make up the bed for our daughter when we had booked for 3 people. Parking was difficult to get. None of this would stop us from staying again

Positive: Beautiful, clean, quiet & well located. Fantastic facilities (we are travelling to LA for food allergy treatment so kitchens are really important for us & this one is excellent). Comfortable. Lovely private interior and exterior space.

Positive: Convenient for our plans, the neighborhood has sketchy areas but the house and neighbors were nice. It’s a well kept property and the back yard was so cute. Wish we had more time to spend back there. Very cute and clean. I’d stay again. Parking wasn’t too bad (Fri- Sun stay)
