Summary: We booked this property to attend a music festival. The property is in the lower level of a 2 level home. We didn’t realize the owner and his family were upstairs. We could hear them talking and walking around. Space was clean and well decorated but cold and beds were like cots. View was of River, but also of power lines and 2 industrial plants. For these reasons, I felt that it was overpriced. We actually left the last night and stayed elsewhere. Owners were kind when we had trouble getting into the door upon arrival,
