Summary: Property is located in a great location (close to amenities and beach). Property owner is very responsive and helpful! Benny has definitely worked on updating the property. Some areas of the house are still dated but clean and comfortable.

Summary: The property is located in a calm area with easy access to Carolina Beach and Wilmington Downtown. Benny is a respectful, kind and responsive host. We had a good time and we would definitely consider renting Lazy Oaks in the future.

Summary: This 3 BR home is in a convenient location for anything in the Wilmington and Carolina Beach area. We attended a concert at Greenfield Amphitheater, visited the NC Aquarium at Ft. Fisher, and played on local beaches. The host Benny is very personable, professional, and responds quickly. He went out of his way to make sure we had all we needed. The home is updated and clean, beds comfortable. All of my party said they would stay here again.

Summary: The stay was absolutely awesome!!! The property was spacious, clean, and close to everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The only ding that I found was there was dog hair in our room and here and there on our bedding. Small issue we worked through. Nonetheless, a great property and accessible host when needed. Our family would stay here again and we highly recommend it!!!

Summary: This was the perfect location to stay for the weekend, it was spacious and comfortable for all four of us. It was close to the beach and all restaurant and stores! We loved how many bathrooms and rooms there was!
