Summary: House is located in a well-established residential area with sidewalks. The house is very nice and comfortable. We had 2 families and there was plenty of room for everyone at the large dining room table and the large sectional couch. Kitchen is well stocked and the patio pool area is very relaxing. We loved that all 3 bedrooms and patio have a tv, which is very convenient. The one thing I noticed is the carpets are well worn and are lifted on the edges, which I tripped over a few times. There is one bedroom on one side that uses a beautiful guest bathroom near the kitchen and the 2 other bedrooms share the excellent designed master bathroom. There are four sliding doors that go to the pool patio. Overall, we really loved this home and would definitely stay there again if we come back to the area. Great communication and beautiful upgrades!!!

Summary: Two 4 Two....this was our families back to back years summer vacation trip...once again all needs were met...accommodations were perfect, well appointed clean household, beautiful lanai and pool area to start and end every day...great base location to many attractions and beaches. Kudos to host and supporting staff.
