Summary: The property was extremely clean and included everything one would possibly need for a comfortable stay. Located in a very quiet area, but close enough to many restaurants, grocery stores, and activities in the area. Communication from the initial contact through checkout was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to return at some point in the future.

Summary: This is the perfect place for our trip. When i build myretirement home it will be desinged like this place. It is close to local attractions and i discovered a produce stand not far from the house. Communication with the host was great too.

Summary: Clean, fresh, tasteful, cozy, cottage-style upper-level home one and a half blocks from the manatees of Craig Park. It is a walkable quarter mile from Tarpon Springs’ library, restaurants, and downtown, a little over a mile to the Sponge Docks, and about four blocks to Pinellas Trail access. Far enough from Hwy 19A not to be bothered with traffic noise. A well-equipped kitchen and handy washer and dryer made life easy; heating and AC worked very well. Lovely stay with helpful hosts in a friendly town. We look forward to using this location again.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay, and the place was clean and well-kept. Only one small glitch with the WiFi/media, but those things shouldn’t be prioritized on a family visit, anyway. You won’t be disappointed with the location, and the owner was very communicative, offering assistance and checking on needs.

Summary: We LOVED the house! Monica was the best and made sure everything was perfect! :) Tarpon Springs has definitely captured my heart! We would definitely recommend Monica’s property again! The ONLY thing I would maybe recommend is eliminating plug ins and fragrances. I am super sensitive to fragrances and we kept the door and window open a lot to get fresh air. Otherwise, it was perfect and we loved it! Thank you Monica!!
