Summary: We stayed here for five days with a group of nine people (two families), including five kids ranging in age from seven to 14. Multiple members of the group remarked that this was the best place we have ever stayed.The house itself is beautiful -- huge, with an amazing kitchen and a primary bed/bath suite that must be seen to be believed. There are no fewer than ten large-screen TVs, including the incredible movie room, which we used a few times. We also enjoyed the many board games and table games that are provided.The real highlight of the house is the backyard. There is enough to do there that one never really needs to leave, though obviously there is a lot to do in Scottsdale. The heated pool and spa are gorgeous, and we also used the tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, putting green, beach volleyball court, ping pong table, bocce, and horseshoes. With the beautiful mountain views and landscaping, and the 48 (by my count) outdoor seats, it really is an oasis where a family could spend an entire day (or more) without anyone getting bored.The location is terrific, and Adam was easy to deal with and highly responsive. If we ever return to Arizona, we would not think twice about booking this property again.

Summary: Absolutely amazing home! We wanted a place that had all the nice amenities, but also wanted adequate space to be able to let loose & enjoy ourselves. This house is the ultimate combination of all of those. There are so many outdoor activities that regardless your age, you will find something to enjoy. The waterfall feature on the pool was an excellent touch. Make sure you grab some popcorn for your stay - the home theater was a favorite for our group. Location of the house is excellent. We played a lot of golf and it seemed like we were perfectly positioned right in the middle of all the top courses.

Summary: Had a bunch of finally get together from out of the country, it was a celebrate my 40th birthday as well as my son's 8th birthday as well. First couple days it was just me and some friends and the place was perfect! Everything we needed didn't even need to leave. And if we did need to leave for food there was plenty of stores all around us. Even though we didn't go old town was just 15 minutes away. On Saturday and Sunday when we had the birthday party for my son it was absolute blast! Will be definitely renting again!

Summary: STOP LOOKING and BOOK before someone else does! Do NOT LOSE IT! Trust me u won’t find a more LUXURIOUS home than this one!TOP NOTCH and CLEAN! I don’t know where to start when describing this home?!? The backyard, the home itself, the homeowner, the movie theater, the kitchen, the master bath, or the outside dining? Well, I’ll start with the backyard. It is HUGE!Has EVERYTHING u would ever want! It is a DREAM! This was were my family spent most of its time! Whether we were in the pool, which has a slide and basketball hoop along with a waterfall, relaxing in the hot tub, or playing volleyball, basketball, and tennis, (we did get to the horseshoes😞) or practicing our putting on the green we had fun making memories! Don’t worry u can do these activities even in the dark, they have lights u can turn on that light up everything! If u want to suntan by the pool and read a book there r many chair options! They have floaties for the pool, my kids LOVED them! The landscaping is BEAUTIFUL around the pool area! Makes u feel like u are at a resort! There is also ping pong and fuss ball outside, we enjoyed this too! The outside dining area is where we ate most of our meals! They have 3 different grills for u to use! Speaking of eating, the kitchen is to die for if u love to cook/bake! It has everything! Our next favorite was the movie theater! Say WHAT? Yep, it has its own movie theater and popcorn maker! SWEET! We enjoyed watching movies here and it even has a pinball game! If u want to RELAX inside, head to the master bedroom! It has a huge jet tub and the shower is UNBELIEVABLE! Great way to unwind from your day in the desert! The family room is also GRAND! There is a pool table and a skeetball table. We enjoyed both of these along with watching movies on the HUGE TV! There r BIG SCREEN TV’s EVERYWHERE in this home! The bedrooms r very nice, each one having their own bathroom and HUGE TV! But I’d say the best thing about this house other than the outside is it is CLEAN!!!!! I am a clean freak, and it is CLEAN! Last but not least is the homeowner! Wow! What can I say….VERY ACCOMMODATING and HELPFUL!!! U can call or text him and he ALWAYS replies back!! He treated us VERY WELL!!!!! I told him the best part about Arizona, was his HOME!!!! We couldn’t wait to get back from our excursions to ENJOY his home!!! It has EVERYTHING!!!! STOP LOOKING and just BOOK it!! U won’t regret it!! We have stayed at a lot of houses and this one by far hands down is our FAVORITE!!!!
