Summary: Our youth groups really loved staying at the Laurel House. The pool and outdoor sitting area were awesome. We loved the large driveway and the bedrooms and amenities were just as advertised. WE loved staying here, and we highly recommend it to any large families or groups.

Summary: We were told when booking that the pool would be heated as this was a must for us. Never heard any different and when I contacted the owner 2 days prior to arrival to make sure the heater was on I was informed the pool was not heated. Was also surprised to find out there is a separate living quarter attached to the house that has a permanent tenant living in it that made our family a bit uncomfortable. Neighbors smoked so much marijuana we could barely use the patio. Master bath shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold- 3 people tried to use it with the same results for all, so really only had 2 baths to get ready.

Summary: We were in town for the wedding of our youngest son (of 5 children). The house has a great bed/bedroom configuration for our adult children and young grandchildren (much more economical than separate hotel rooms - and community space to all hang together). Three full baths- wow. We were able to cook meals in to save money and have healthier options. Two full size fridges was a life saver. Loved the entire outdoor area with pool and pool table and outdoor TV. We did use Uber for the rehearsal dinner and wedding - easy peasy. When we had a minor issue with one TV - the hosts responded quickly and got it fixed (despite me telling them it wasn't necessary). Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My son got married at Crandon Park and we had a small family gathering at this house the night before and it was perfect. Some swam, played pool, and the covered areas kept all dry since we did have some sprinkles. We stayed a total of 3 nights and it was perfect for the 11 that stayed at the house. Owners were prompt to respond to any questions.

Summary: This was a perfect place for me and my family. We were visiting my son who attends FIU. It is not too far to the beach and downtown Miami. The pool and pool table were a hit with everyone.

Summary: Stayed here for my sister's bachelorette party from Thursday till Sunday. It was the perfect house for a long weekend getaway. There were 7 girls total, and the house was the perfect size. Very spacious, good size bdrms and bathrooms and plenty of room outside in the backyard. Anytime we needed anything the owners were so easy to contact! Even allowing us an early check in and dropping off a new blender since we couldnt find the lid to ours. They gave us great recommendations and informed us of some of the crazy traffic so we wouldnt miss any of our reservations. All in all a great long weekend stay!

Summary: Let me start off by thanking the owners Eddy and Sharon Torres they were great. The home was occupied by 12 men all coming to Miami for first time with lots of space and the pasties and wine was a nice gesture to walk into the home right off the plane when we all were hungry. We had no issues with this home the only thing was the TV in the tiki area went out and we call the owners and they responded immediately with their maintenance guy to replace it and brought more pastries as well even though we didn't watch much TV. The home was in a great area not far from beach or airport,restaurants, and everything else you would want to do. I will definitely use these super host again if ever I come back to Miami area thx for making my extended bachelor party weekend
