Welcome to "The Sanctuary"!
We're excited to host you in our beautifully remodeled home that blends bohemian and rustic styles. You'll love the 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 baths, and private backyard with patio, grill, and fire pit. Plus, our convenient location just off the I-8 and a short drive from central Yuma means you'll be close to everything, including the world-famous 4th-Ave Gym and shopping and dining options.
We can't wait to help you relax and rejuvenate in this peaceful oasis.
Welcome to our beautifully decorated open floor plan home, where you'll love spending time lounging on the leather couches under the wooden beams, watching your favorite shows on the 75" large screen TV with all the channels. If you're feeling creative, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals, or you can head outside to the enclosed yard to grill some steaks or enjoy s'mores around the fire pit. Relax with a cup of coffee from the well-supplied Nespresso machine while sitting on the grass under the patio.
When it's time to rest, you'll love the comfort of our matching king and queen mattresses with soft cotton sheets, as well as the luxurious heated mirrors, automated soap dispensers, and oversized towels in the bathroom. This home is truly a peaceful oasis where you can escape and relax with your family.
When you're ready to venture out, you'll find a huge Walmart just a 2-minute drive away, as well as plenty of restaurants to choose from. And with our extremely fast WIFI boasting 300MB download speeds, you'll have no problem streaming or gaming during your stay. We can't wait to host you and your family!
You’ll have access to the entire home to enjoy all to yourself. We do ask guests to park in the driveway as the garage is used for property storage.

You can get around by car, bike, or walk on the paths. There is a nice walking park around the corner from the home to walk your dog at. You can park in the driveway or at the curb on the street.

Parking is available in the drive way - please do not park in the rocks.

Summary: Location was fantastic. Close to shopping. The house was well decorated and the furnishings were nice. Beds were comfy, however we did buy our own pillows just because all of the pillows were super poofy/thick. Would highly recommend this home though!

Summary: First and foremost our host Sterling had excellent response to our queries. We had a WiFi issue were couldn’t use VRBO to communicate with our host however our VRBO customer service team was also professional and provided the support we needed. We were well taken cared of. As for the house very clean, full size fridge, dishwasher and electric range. We traveled for a dental procedure for my mom so having a great working blender was great. Sterling provided great recommendations locally. The beds, some of the best sleep in all our lives! So much so that we might replace our mattress with this brand. Another great plus was having access to the washer and dryer. Only cavot as with Most rentals if you’re going to cook large meals not a lot of big pots or sauté pans but we made it work. The house is a shoe free zone so make sure you have clean house shoes, I can’t be barefoot so this was a must for me. The neighborhood was great and very quiet. There an unlite walking path that we also took advantage of. The local Walmart was the best grocery store next to Sprouts that we found. We would definitely recommend and rebook this house or any Sterling manages!

Summary: The owner bent over backwards and was very appreciative of each rental. He responded in a timely manner to all communication and was very open and eager to get my recapping of the stay. It's a good rental for families and those with pets.

Summary: Enjoyed staying at this property. Beds were fantastic, also liked the mirrors in the bathrooms and the kitchen sink was modern and very functional. Big screen television was another great feature. Comfortable property would stay there again.

Summary: Our stay at the Sanctuary was outstanding, and the accommodations well beyond our expectations! The house had everything we needed, the enclosed backyard was a hit with Lola, and the location was close to shopping. Sterling was a very responsive host. We would not hesitate to recommend the Sanctuary to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Yuma. We will definitely be back!

Summary: We stayed in this fantastic home for about a week. We had our dog with us and the home was very comfortable, warm, and relaxing.
