La villa si trova a circa 4 km dalle spiagge di sabbia finissima e dorata di Francavilla al mare a 5 km dall'aeroporto di Pescara e dal suo centro e a 7 km da Chieti. All'arrivo sarete accolti da me e dalla mia famiglia al fresco del adiacente al giardino e attrezzato di barbecue, tavolo e sedie. La villa e 'circondata da un giardino curato, dotato di panchine e amache a totale disposizione.
È composto da un ingresso, una cucina attrezzata open space, un soggiorno con divano, tavolo e tv, 3 camere e 1 bagno con vasca idromassaggio per 2 persone e un altro bagno con 1 doccia. Dotata di tutti i comfort, la villa è per 7 persone. A disposizione dei clienti, abbiamo tutto il necessario per accogliere i bambini, seggiolino pappa, fasciatoio, lettino, culla!

Summary: We have been at Villa Laura with the family, 2 adults & 3 kids (5, 7 & 12). If you see the pictures in the internet, Villa Laura looks great. If you are there, it is even better. In fact, over the Winter months, the owner family is living in the house by themselves, and you can feel and see it allover. The garden is great for playing football with the kids, the outside kitchen has besides a big charcoal grille a gas oven, fridge and everything else you need - of course there's a complete and big kitchen inside as well. Having air condition in each room makes it easy during the hot sommer. One if the best part is the pool area, which is a level lower then the house/garden, accessible through some stairs. All is new and in good operation - not like many other abused houses you might find in the internet. Erica and her family are always available, before the stay and also during the stay. Very friendly and so supportive. They "bombarded" us with a lot of good tipps for restaurants and places to visit, which made our stay perfect :-) Driving about 8 minutes down the hill, and you are in Francavilla with the lovely beach and, supermarket, restaurants etc. What we liked: About 90& of all tourists have been Italians, so it felt kind of original and not like a touristic area. All in all, there is nothing you can do wrong by booking this package (Villa Laura & Erica's family as a host). 101 out of 100 points :-D I am sure we wil be there again...

Summary: Thanks to Erica and Fabrizio we had an awesome time! The pool is perfect for the kids (and of course parents as well) in case you want to have a quick swim without driving to the beach. Very beautiful with an outside shower! The garden and the seating outside are very spacious and offer a lot for the kids to play. The drive to the Sand beaches close by or in town (a lot to chose from) is fast ca. 10-15 min and we always found a parking spot. Grocery shopping is also a 10 min ride - but you can get everything there. Our host Erica was so nice and heartly welcoming us. She was there for us whenever we asked for help, ideas for beaches/sites/cities, restaurant reservation,… thanks so much! We absolutely had an awesome time with our kids!!!! Maybe see you some day again :) THANKS
