Positive: It was an extraordinary stay. Eliza and her dogs are lovely and the room was fantastic. There were lots of nice details that gave you an extra comfort and the breakfast was healthy and delicious. The whole accomodation was extremely clean and with a feel good atmosphere. Also the location was great, next to a Coles Supermarket and a Bus Station to the City close by. I highly recommend this place!

Positive: Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for breakfast. We were in the tiny room for one night. We went out for dinner so didn't try the home cooked meals, but sure they'd be great. Eliza and her dogs are very welcoming and friendly. Thank you!

Positive: We had a very comfortable stay at Eliza's place. It was great value for money and Eliza has really thoughtfully set up her rooms for guests. The breakfast and tea selection was very nice. The location is also very convenient as it is right next to a supermarket and there is plenty of street parking. Will stay again next time we are in Launceston
