Latitude 20 is a brand new house with stunning ocean views and glimpses of the Whitsunday islands.
Stay away from the hassle and bustle of the city and enjoy the tranquility on Hideaway Bay. Hideaway Bay is located 40 km north of Airlie Beach and Proserpine. Latitude 20 is perfect for romantic getaways or family vacation. This house offers the best in modern and deluxe furniture. The kitchen is fully self contained and equipped with top notch kitchen appliances (dishwasher, rice cooker, wok, WMF pots).
Latitude 20 offers 2 bedrooms which feature queen-size beds each and are air-conditioned. From each bedroom you will enjoy stunning ocean views.
All linen and towels, including beach towels, are supplied.
Hideaway Bay is a famous fishing area. Bait is available at the caravan park in Hideaway Bay. "Rent a Dinghy" is available at Dingo Beach. Dingo Beach is just 6 minutes drive and offers a the famous beach pub with live music Saturdays which is located on the water's edge. A boat ramp can also be found in Dingo Beach.
2 restaurants are within 15 minutes drive of the house.
A tennis court is located at the community centre in Hideaway Bay, which can be booked easily on the spot.
You can book a trip to the Barrier Reef or to the world famous white sands of White Haven Beach, departures will be from Arlie Beach. The Crocodile Safaris on the Proserpine River are highly recommended, departure from Proserpine. Watch the crocs in their natural habitat.
Easy access by air via Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) airport. For long-stays pick up from airport and private car rental can be arranged.

Summary: When you first open the door the view was absolutely beautiful overlooking the ocean and islands from the living area. The home was clean and lovely and everything you needed was in the kitchen. You could feed the Kookaburras and parrots from the veranda. Beautiful place. Thank you

Summary: Just as expected, a terrific modern house with splendid Coral Sea views. Gloriously isolated with kookaburra dawn chorus and energising sunrises. All mod cons. Short walk down to beach (steep climb back up) Just need to be organised about provisioning, as closest supermarkets in Proserpine or Airlie Beach. Sunset cocktails from Montes Resort (4 km) recommended, ditto local catch fish n chips at Gloucester Resort.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here. The house had every item in the kitchen you could imagine. The views very stunning, the house is very comfortable. Just bring your food and drinks and the intention to relax .

Summary: A sleepy undiscovered hollow that was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Peaceful and super quiet except for the sounds of the birds. Make sure you set the alarm for a stunning sunrise. House nestled high with amazing and beautiful views from the wrap around verandah and from inside. It has the WOW factor as soon as you open the front door. Home is well equipped, very clean and very inviting. Dingo Beach pub a Sunday highlight. Make sure you visit the resorts for sunsets and meal. Thank you for a wonderful super relaxing stay.

Summary: Wow what an amazing property. Your own private paradise with the most fantastic view. This house has everything only need to take yourself and your food. Took my Mum who was visiting as a surprise and it was the best 5 days such a relaxing much needed holiday. Thank you!

Summary: We just spent 3 weeks in this lovely house. Everything you could want is there. It was a real home away from home. Beautiful view and very peaceful. The design of the house really suits the location. Not far to Dingo Beach Hotel, Montes Resort and Cape Gloucester resorts. Wonderful sunset views from both resorts. The Dingo Beach Pub is in a magic setting under trees right next to the beach. Great seafood on Sundays.
