Summary: Excellent home for family vacation. Great pool and spa.plenty of space to spread out. We walked down the street and saw manatees. Close to different beaches and dining options. Nice quiet place. The previous renters had been a bit hard on the place. When i contacted the owner about a few issues he jumped right on it. Highly recommend. We would go back again!

Summary: The house was perfect for our two families of 8 and 5. The teenage girls loved the pool house! We all enjoyed the pool area. The house had everything we needed for relaxing there and for a couple trips to the beach. And we all loved the short walk to check on the manatees each day. Great location.

Summary: In town for a lacrosse tournament at IMG and Premier Sports Complex, the house was great proximity to both venues. Overall the house was a perfect fit for our group, more than enough room for us all. The pool house was a nice space for the teenage girls. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The house was very clean and Rich our host was available whenever we reached out. I would highly recommend!!

Summary: The stay was great and the weather was wonderful. The house was very nice with plenty of room for our party. Everyone especially loved the pool and the close proximity of the beaches. Searching for shells was such a fun time and watching the sunset over the Gulf couldn’t have been more beautiful. We would definitely book here again. My only recommendation would be to replace the baking sheets. That being said using them with foil was an easy fix. Thanks again for a great vacation experience!!

Summary: We have been wanting to vacation by the beach for a while. The only reason we didn’t give a five star is because the pool was not ready for us. Once the pool was serviced, we were able to enjoy the premises to the fullest. The house was perfect for our family of 12, and we would definitely go back. Rich (the owner) was always available and responded immediately after contacted. The house is a few minutes from grocery stores and just 12 minutes away from the beach. We enjoyed our time there.
