Positive: Location was perfect in Arinaga, right nearby to some excellent places for swimming in the sea. Lovely restaurants nearby too, and the ice cream place was amazing. The washing machine and dishwasher were perfect and made the whole holiday 10x better. Lovely bottle of wine to welcome us to. The WIFI speeds were perfect for the times I needed to do some online work and catch-up with things.

Negative: This isn't a dislike, more of a personal preference. We found the layout in the living room could have been better as the sofa faced away from the window. Given there is no balcony, it would have been nice to have them situated differently to appreciate the little bit of a view you do have looking outside. Again, that is personal preference, and not something that would stop us coming back.

Summary: Fantastic location, clean, AMAZING Wifi, Quiet and relaxing.

Positive: The apartment is very close to the ocean, which I particularly enjoyed. The kitchen is well equipped, there were even plastic plates and cuttlery for picnicks. Beach towels were also provided in the apartment. There's a washer and a dryer on the roof in a joint laundry room, and the roof is flat and can be used for drying clothes. And for enjoying the scenery. When you travel by plane and have weight limitations on your luggage, having a washer and a dryer is indispensable. We had no problem with parking. The neighbourhood is nice, and we had a meal in Vaqueria las Salinas just around the corner. That's a place where locals like to eat and offers a choice of traditional meals such as papas arrugadas, ropavieja, gofio etc.

Negative: Sleeping pillows are ready to be replaced :) All else was good.
