Positive: Service was phenomenal. Felipe, Juan, Al, and every single staff member we encountered went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. Friendly and welcoming and so helpful. Bilingual. The villa was breathtaking, and we had the pools mostly to ourselves every day. Saw whales and dolphins at our beach.

Negative: Only complaint was the water in the showers never got very warm. The location is a bit out of the way, but it's so serene and private for that reason. Felt like our own private island.

Positive: The villas were beautiful, the property grounds were well maintained and the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The beach was also beautiful. You can walk for miles!

Negative: 1. Our villa (B9) could use some newer kitchen supplies. Pots and pans were very old, knives extremely dull and no larger bowls or serving platters if you wanted to make and serve a family meal. 2. The property is located on Playa Blanca. While great to be in a more secluded location, it is very far from town and shops. An average taxi ride into town is $30-40 CDN dollars. Be aware of this when booking. If you want a quiet and secluded getaway, this is a great place. If you need more to do (entertainment, restaurants etc) you may want to consider staying closer to town.

Positive: We liked the quiet location, the restaurant and the exceptional staff. The view was beautiful. And, there were plenty of umbrellas and lounges by the pools and the restaurant. The restaurant service right to you on the beach was fabulous.

Negative: Having to take a taxi to town. BUT if it were closer to town in wouldn’t have been quiet. You can’t have it both ways.
