Las Palmas Condo 2 is a stunning beachfront San Felipe Vacation Rental located on the second floor of a three-story beachfront castle overlooking the pristine beach on the shores of the Sea of Cortez. Sea views from the terrace and living room guarantee breathtaking views throughout your stay.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, sofa bed, private full bathroom, and large mirrored closets. Two additional bedrooms each have queen beds and large mirrored closets — sleeping 8 guests comfortably (airbed welcome for 2 more, max 10). Each bedroom has its own split AC unit.
The living room has large windows and full-length sliding glass doors facing the sea for indoor-outdoor living. Swim in the sea right in front of the condo or take long strolls on the wide sandy beach — safe for toddlers due to calm waters. Located 4 miles south of San Felipe (10-minute drive).
The closest airport is San Diego (San Felipe airport is for charter flights). A car is highly recommended. Street parking only. Guests provide all towels.
Monthly rentals available with utilities extra. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.

Summary: We booked this home very last minute when we visited San Felipe. The owner got back to promptly and we were able to move in the next day. The home has a beautiful view of the ocean and only minutes away from San Felipe. We were very satisfied with our rental.

Summary: The rental was perfect for our group of 8. The beach views are actually better than what the pictures show. Rental is just a short drive from restaurants, stores, etc. Our favorite thing was to go on strolls along the beach. We also did the banana boat rides right in front of the rental. It really felt like home. Would definitely stay again.
