Positive: Tha apt was safe, clean and comfortable. I loved the fact that I could sit on the patio and enjoy the Canal view. The pool was small but fine for swimming and cooling off. It was clean too. The location was great, near Las Olas and not too far from the beach. I rented a bicycle instead of a car and it was perfect for getting around. The other guests in the complex were from different countries, friendly and interesting. I would definitely return to 65 Hendrick's Isle and highly recommend it.

Negative: The bed was not that comfortable. I would prefer a firmer mattress.

Positive: We loved everything about this weekend stay. The apartment was spacious, super clean, and the backyard water view was the cherry on top. Super relaxing but still in walking distance to the party zone.

Negative: The dishwasher was broken, but besides that, the apartment was superb.

Positive: Great location along a beautiful boatlined canal just several blocks from various dining options. This unit has heat and air conditioning.

Negative: The unit had numerous dead cocroaches on the floors along with what appeared to be hair and plastic ties from clothing tags on the floor in the bedroom. The smoke detectors alarmed shortly after turning the thermostat to heat. Fortunately the alarm stopped within a minute.
