Positive: Friendly host. Easy reach of the local beach, natural sea water pools (piscinas) and a hand full of restaurants. Clean house with lots of space. The pool was clean (if a bit small).

Negative: The pool is enclosed for safety but this means you can’t lounge around it and it’s a bit like being in the penguin enclosure at a zoo. There are 2 sun-beds at the back and 2 on a balcony but not quite the same as lounging by a pool. The table with benches in the front garden catches the morning sun but it’s by the road and so not very secluded.

Summary: Clean large house, nice little town, love the near by piscinas.

Positive: Elegantly decorated, spotlessly clean , wonderfully quiet and our host Miriam was exceptional, can’t wait to get back next year and did we mention the fabulous private pool.

Negative: Couldn’t fault anything It was all excellent.

Summary: Wonderfullly relaxing villa close to the harbour but incredibly quiet, beautifully decorated but with a very relaxed fee

Positive: Beautiful house, very clean, very well equipped. We absolutely loved the warm swimming pool and the village of Agaete is very charming. The host was very kind and the location very good.

Negative: There is nothing we did not like about the house but we were a bit disappointed by the beach nearby (very small and lots of rocks). It was not a big deal either as we spent lots of time in the swimming pool of the house!

Positive: Everything inside the house was clean, new or in good condition. In the kitchen all the tools were available. The thing I liked more was the sea view from the kitchen window.

Positive: Everything was simply perfect!! I loved everything about it honestly. House amazingly equiped, pool heated, everything was clean. Host as well super nice and helped us in late evening when we closed the doors being outside with keys inside :) The location of the house is in small lovely city centre, which was super comfortable. No huge noise for city.

Negative: Some additional things to be improved in future : tv with youtube option, update the outside gates, update some furniture.

Positive: The first week there were four of us adults and the second week my husband and I were alone. The apartment was very nice and spacious. The pool had warm water. We had a great time, although it was a pity that the weather was too warm 25-29 degrees, even at night more than 20 degrees. There was no air conditioning, so sleeping at night was often difficult. During the day, it was necessary to keep the windows darkened, and there was no joy of the wonderful scenery. Upstairs would have had a great view of the sea and the mountains. You could not see any scenery from on the other side of the house where the swimming pool was.

Negative: The house had camera surveillance, where the cameras could be hidden, however. We asked if we could use the alarm system, but we were not given a device to turn off the alarm. We were also surprised that we couldn't find any smoke alarms in the house. When we asked about it, the woman who took care of cleaning the house showed a device that looked like a fire alarm lying hidden on top of the upper cupboard in the kitchen, which in our closer investigation looked dead. Maybe in Spain it is not necessary to have fire alarms in apartments. Generally, according to the guest book, travelers only stayed in this apartment for a week, and the cleaner did not need to do weekly cleanings and bed linen changes. It seemed that Mirjam was surprised that we stayed for another week. After a week, we started asking for bed sheets to be changed and e.g. toilet paper. Everything had to be asked for, but when we asked, we got them.

Summary: The overall impression was good, we enjoyed ourselves.
