Summary: I had the little house and let me tell you that is a very noisy surrounding. House that are made with paper wall. at night you here everybody talking, the dogs, and in the early morning you have the rooster! But staff is very nice. Not worth the price i paided!

Summary: I loved the communication. I was helped at all hours of the night my flight got delayed and I arrived way after check in time and they accommodated me. Whenever I needed anything they got to it right away. The place was nice and cozy and I was able to let my kids play outside and they were very happy with the pool. It was an excellent stay HOWEVER the area is very scary when you drive AT NIGHT. It’s like a mountain vibe during the day not scary at all but at night time when you’re driving it’s like a horror movie (If you scare easily) 😂. I will be looking forward to staying with them again next year.

Summary: The property was Beautiful and very accommodating. My daughter had an accident during our visit to Puerto Rico , that caused us to extend our stay. The property manager allowed us to check-in late and communicate with us to help with the check-in process.

Summary: Nice place.clean. Just far away from the main city. The staff was great. Easy to communicate with.

Summary: The property is about 15 mins from the airport in the hills. There isn’t anything walkable nearby. The unit was a modular trailer. The windows weren’t airtight and there were a few mosquitoes in the room. This was anticipated by the management which provided bug spray, Off, and a citronella candle. We could not sleep more than a few hours due to the loud roosters and birds. The room was clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The room could have comfortably slept a family of 5 and had nice kitchen and living room area. Because of how noisy it was, and the lack of blackout curtains, I would only stay there with an eye mask and earplugs.
