Summary: This is a comfortable and very well-located apartment. Larger than expected with a long hallway. Despite its central location, it was also fairly quiet. No views to speak of. Communication with the owner excellent. I would stay here again.

Summary: Great lodging in Keswick! Really convenient location, couple of minutes walk to the high street and busy shopping area. Close to the riverside park and hiking trails. Suite was very clean and well appointed. Adrian, the host, was very helpful and super responsive when I had questions. Very much appreciated. Overall, highly recommended.

Summary: We had a fabulous stay in Carlton 2 while at the famous Keswick Convention, which will celebrate its 150 anniversary in 2025. Everything was meticulously prepared and the check in went without a hitch, which was a relief in the torrential rain. Contact with the host before and during the stay was faultless. The accommodation is light and very modern, and the parking spot was a great feature, as it meant we didn't need the car the whole time we were there

Summary: Very clean, easy access, and great location - walkable to many Keswick eateries and a great hub for the many Lake District adventures that are a short drive away. Our family also enjoyed the playground and cricket matches at Fitz Park, a five minute walk. Adrian was easy to work with and went over the top by mailing us BOTH of our kindles that we mistakenly left under the very comfortable pillows!
