This attractive, detached family chalet "Senningerblick" is located on a very sunny southern slope with a beautiful panoramic view of the ski and toboggan run, the "Hohe Tauern National Park", the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel and the surrounding mountain world.
The location is ideal, right on the slopes: ski-in, ski-out and directly on the gondola lift the "Smaragdbahn".
Chalet 'Senningerblick' is very centrally located in the child-friendly and family ski area 'Wildkogel Arena', also in the immediate vicinity of Kitzbühel (8 minutes by car from the gondola 'Panorama Bahn'), Kaprun, Zell am See and Gerlos / King's leitings. The very beautiful national nature park Hohe Tauern is on the other side of the valley. In short, THE IDEAL LOCATION, entirely in atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday, both in summer and winter.
With a total living space of approximately 235m², spread over 3 floors, you can enjoy relaxing with the whole family, children and friends and socializing in a winter environment. The chalet is very spacious for a maximum of 10 adults, 2 children and 2 babies.
The first floor is a remarkably open concept with kitchen, dining room, lounge and sitting area and an adjoining terrace and balcony. Through the very large glass windows you enjoy an impressive panoramic view. There are five bedrooms available, one of which is furnished as a 'master bedroom'. Four of the five bedrooms have their own bathroom.
In the stylish sauna room with large glass windows you can enjoy a Finnish and Turkish sauna. NEW: from the winter of 2018/2019 the sauna will be continuously on stand-by with the new innovative sauna heater HARVIA FORTE 9kW. The sauna stove is lockable and can be set that the 120 kg stones always remain at temperature. As soon as you want to use your sauna, a short warm-up time is required to bring your sauna to temperature!
A fully equipped kitchen with sufficient utensils, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, 2 oven / grill ovens, large induction hob (5 burner), coffee filter machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
The chalet is also equipped with an outside ski storage (entrance) and a separate spacious heated indoor space for all your skiwear and ski bibs. The large glass windows are equipped with sunscreens.
The chalet has 2 parking spaces in the underground parking, about 100m walking distance from the chalet complex. No car traffic is possible at the house, so winter rest is guaranteed. You can use an electric transport cart for your luggage. Parking height 2.50 m.
Due to the higher location and steep slope, the chalet is difficult to reach for wheelchairs and people with walking difficulties.

The Chalet Senningerblick was built in 2013. A lot of attention has been paid to detail and finish and comfort with several natural materials from the area and its crafts.
Every year, the necessary maintenance work, renewals / refinements are carried out with the necessary technical knowledge.

Summary: We stayed in the chalet for a week with 2 families and our grandparents. It is a great place to enjoy a relaxed skiing holiday with cablecar/lift and restaurants nearby. The view from the kitchen/diner area is absolutely fantastic. And our host was also very hospitable before & during checkin, and also very responsive & helpful during our stay. Definitely a chalet to recommend!

Summary: Amazing from start to finish! The booking process was very easy, even though we had to change dates, Patrick was more than happy to accommodate. Before we reached the chalet Patrick had sent over all the information we would possibly need, for an easy check in. The chalet itself was fully equipped, clean and the location is brilliant, right next to the main gondola, intersport and restaurants. The views sitting at the dining table are breathtaking. Patrick also provided a lot of local information, which again was very helpful. Our group was 8 adults, 3 children and a baby and there was more than enough room for us. We are already booking our dates for next year! Thank you Patrick!

Summary: Chalet Senningerblick is a fabulous place for a family vacation. We are an American family with adult children in their 20’s and 30’s, and the house offered ample bedrooms, bathrooms, and common space for all 7 of us. The kitchen and laundry/ski room are well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern and very clean. We loved the church bells and the meadow full of wildflowers next to the house. We especially loved the early mornings and evenings looking out at the beautiful view from the dining table and the porch. The sunlight and shadows shifting across the mountains across from the house were just lovely. Bramberg is a pretty, quiet town from which to base summer hikes and activities. There is a ski gondola located just down the hill from the house that takes you up to the Wildkogel ski/hiking area with amazing views of the high alps. The owner, Patrick, arranged for us each to have a Hohe Tauern Nationalpark Sommercard that gave us free rides on that lift as well as others in the area. The card also offered free admission or discounts to several sites and activities nearby. Patrick also sent us some great suggestions of hikes to take. We all only wish we’d had more vacation time to enjoy the house and this most beautiful part of the world.

Summary: We recently stayed at the chalet and from the very start we were thoroughly impressed by the owners promptness and preparedness of this stay. We were a party of 14 some from India and some from USA. Patrick was there to welcome us with drinks and all. The place has one of the best panoramic views of the mountains. The house itself is well equipped and very cozy. The cleanliness seems to be the top priority for the owner. I would highly recommend this property for anyone seeking to relax in the mountains.

Summary: We stayed as a group of 12 friends and family and unfortunately were restricted by very heavy snow in Austria. However, thanks to this fantastic chalet our holiday wasn't ruined. Fabulous views, comfortable bedrooms, great TV, everything you need. If there are any complaints, please get an electric kettle! and mirrors in the rooms.

Summary: It sounds unbelievable but we had a 6-Star experience here: the communication was ideal, the chalet is a wonderful place to live with a very well balanced mix of luxury and mountain-style (wood & stone), the arrival was perfectly organized with little nice details, etc...
