On a plot of over 1,000 m2, the spacious and bright house is distributed around a magnificent swimming pool (6x12m) and surrounded by terraces and the garden alternating with sunny and shaded exposure. The main terrace (7x3m) by the pool is furnished with a table and an outdoor lounge. A bathroom with a walled outdoor shower is located opposite the swimming pool.
The living room and lounge (10x5 m) are very bright, arranged around a modern fireplace (wood cassette) with chromed outer tube and allow direct access to the swimming pool and the various terraces. The night hall giving access to the 4 bedrooms on the ground floor and to the 2 bathrooms runs alongside large bay windows with a view of the swimming pool, palm trees and terraces.
By the independent equipped kitchen (6 * 3 m), one reaches the back of the house enjoying a large garden (18 * 10m), shaded terraces in the afternoon and an outdoor kitchen ("cenador ": BBQ, sink, wood storage, table and benches).
Most of the house is located on the ground floor allowing easy access for people with reduced mobility. From the entrance hall, in a skylight, the staircase leads to a large studio (10 * 6 m) equipped with a desk, two single beds and a sofa convertible into a double bed. A baby bed is available. A terrace runs alongside the studio with a view of the swimming pool. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer completes the floor.
On the ground floor, 4 independent bedrooms overlook the night hall; two bedrooms with a large double bed, one bedroom with two bunk beds and a single drawer bed, the last bedroom with two single beds, one with a drawer. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, box springs and comfortable mattresses. Two full bathrooms with bath and / or shower, WC, bidet and sink also overlook the night hall.
At the front and inside of the property, a covered space can accommodate 2 to 3 cars sheltered from the sun by a roof. Palm trees, plantations and fruit trees decorate the spaces around the house.
The house is equipped with a wood stove, central heating and central air conditioning in all rooms. The kitchen is super-equipped and has all the modern utensils (crockery, pots, pans, paelleria, household appliances, dishes, etc.) for a pleasant and efficient life up to 12 people. Linens and towels are provided. The poolside areas are also equipped.
The house is located in a secure residential subdivision with a sports center (tennis, basketball, mini-football, gyms, open swimming pool) and a small shopping center (convenience store, restaurant, bar, pharmacy, ... ). Private access to these infrastructures is included in the rental. The small town of Betera is 10 minutes by car, Valencia 20-25 minutes. There is also a metro station in Betera to reach Valencia.
It is therefore an ideal home to radiate (25 km maximum) towards Valence and its surroundings, the beaches of the Mediterranean, the natural parks and the numerous golf courses of the region.

Summary: This villa was perfect for our needs. The pool, the large living space, multiple bathrooms and bedrooms, and outdoor eating and cooking area was amazing. You’re going to enjoy this home and all it’s gorgeous plants! The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked! A word about the toilets: this home does not allow flushing of toilet paper so if that’s not something you’re comfortable with you should be aware. Also: you must bring your own pool towels which of course we had not done from abroad. Other than those two things - comfortable and spacious and beautiful.

Summary: The villa is located in a quiet private neighbourhood with everything you need around you (please pay attention to opening times of places). The villa is massive (we didn't use the 1st floor at all) with absolutely everything you need. Huge lounge , good sized bedrooms and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils and spices, etc. There are child seats in the cupboards if you rent a car and don't want to spend on their ridiculous fees. There is a beautiful barbeque area, which of course is very well stocked. As we were in February, the pool was closed, but I can only imagine the amazing time you would have at this property with the size of the pool and lounging area (there is even an outside pool toilet). There is parking inside, enough for a couple of cars, but we just left them on the street, as we felt safe enough.

Summary: Very spacious and comfortable. Only issue was the air conditioner only functioned in all the rooms rather than in individual rooms. Also we couldn’t get the WiFi to work. Apart from that we would highly recommend this villa.

Summary: We were 2 family's totalling 11 and this villa accommodated, facilitated, entertained and kept us cool beyond our expectations. The kitchen was really well equipped and everything not only worked, it was there, clean and ready to go. Outside we had everything our group (aged 9 - 52) needed; BBQ, bikes, amazing pool, table tennis, comfortable sun loungers and a sociable table for us all to dine upon and play family games. Our holiday began with a greeting from Pedro that was simply exceptional and throughout our time at the villa he was really attentive and hilarious; adding so much. Within a 2 minute walk of the villa is a small supermarket, bread shop, greengrocer, sweet shop, restaurant, hairdresser and a bar. We thoroughly enjoyed a night out with a local and welcoming community. Thank you very much having us. Please send our regards to Perdro and see you next year !

Summary: Fantastic organisation by the owners and warm welcoming in the property made the trip seamless and very relaxing. The house was comfortable, spacious and very tidy. It was a shame not having the lovely fireplace available, but heating was good. Truly recommended!

Summary: Spacious luxurious house, decorated with style and very clean. Nice location in a secured and quiet residential park with all the amenities; walking distance bakery, convenient store and coffee shop/restaurant. A nice size kitchen, with all the necessary appliances and cookware to allow us to cook a gourmet diner for 12 on New Year's Eve. We highly recommend this house to spend quality time with family or friends. Valencia is only a short drive away.
