Summary: This property was wonderful. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and it was clean and comfortable. It is right across from the pool but wasn’t noisy at all. It was close to town which was very convenient. The host answered my questions very quickly and was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I like that we were a group of 14, 4 families, and every family got their own bathroom and shower. There's two rooms with 4 bunkbeds. We were able to cook breakfast. There's bbq grill. The house was clean. The jacuzzi was not hot. Is close to Sand Hollow lake.

Summary: This property worked out great for a group of family members in town for a wedding. It gave us a chance to be together and still have the privacy of our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Which made it easy for us to all get ready at the same time. The house was very clean with the exception of the glass cooktop. Which apparently got missed by the cleaning crew. The only other thing that was a bit odd was that there were only 3 coffee cups but all other dishes and silverware were appropriate for a house that sleeps 16 people. The pool was right across the street which was very convenient. The check in and instructions were great and we loved that each room had its own thermostat! We loved our stay and would stay here again if we have a big crowd. Thanks Matt!

Summary: The place was very nice; pool was great! Just a couple of things: the outlet in the middle bedroom on 2nd floor does not work; one pillow in the same room had blood stains on it; book on table with check out instructions needs to be updated. It states check out time is 10am but email said 11am. Also, book states that pool towels need to be started in wash, whereas e-mail said start a wash of towels (didn’t specify what kind of towels). So just some inconsistencies and needs updating. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Summary: We avoided this listing a couple times. This time we needed an extra room so we went for it. The stairs are a bit of a pain BUT, the different floors added more sound proofing. We didn't hear our neighbors nor the pool. Games downstairs didn't bother those in bed. Matt was exceptional as a host. He was right on top of our issues. He was very responsive with our questions before we arrived. We would definitely do this place again. Matt gets 6 stars.
