Summary: Great place to stay. Sent multiple requests through Vrbo to add a few days to rental with no response. Finally called the host directly and he stated he never received the requests from Vrbo and couldn't accommodate the extra days. Also. never received check-in information until I called host again. Good thing he answers his phone!

Summary: This is a new home. No landscaping on outside. Lots of prickly weeds, so no place for children to run around outside. If you are OCD or a perfectionist do not stay here. Bad decore! One mirror in master bath between both sinks. The other bathrooms mirror is set way to high. I am 5'5 and could hardly see below my nose. The game room was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for a big family or sevaral couples.

Summary: There are not a lot of choices around Roosevelt so we were fortunate to find this place and had a great time. It was clean, well kept and spacious.

Summary: The reservation & modification to add time was easy/smooth. Check in was very simple. The house was very clean, open & comfortable. My friends & I spent most of our time hunting, so we didn’t really have time to use the game room. Coming back to a house with a kitchen & separate bedrooms/bathrooms was a nice change from hotel rooms and wall-tents.,

Summary: Newer home with plenty of room for our family. Great to come back to air conditioning and a shower after a long day in the sun. Appreciated washer and dryer with laundry soap provided to wash beach towels. Lots of fun for family in the game room downstairs. Would like a few more items to use for cooking but loved having sharp knives to cut with. Be sure to leave property before 10 am or you will get charged even if you aren't in the house.
