Positive: We had a great time staying here! We were lucky enough to get contacted before our stay to inform us that the host had refurbed some of the rooms. The refurb was really lovely and made a difference from the original photos. The rooms were really nice. The two bathrooms were good, they could have done with an additional toilet downstairs. I assume there was one there originally. The dining room was beautiful with a stunning brick wall and large table in addition the lounge was also spacious to cater our big group. The kitchen was also spacious and had the essentials you needed

Negative: It would benefit from a toilet downstairs

Positive: It is a fantastic location, and the house works well for large groups. Everything was clean and in place. The host is brilliant cannot fault him.

Negative: The house requires some touch-ups and maintenance work as well as top-ups of a few kitchen essentials like a bread knife and jug etc

Positive: The property was a great space for our Hen party! The rooms were lovely and spacious and so well presents, we never felt like we were crammed in. The decor is lovely, especially the dining room and the outside seating is a great touch. Ollie the host is so helpful and really responsive.

Negative: The only negative thing we can say is that sound proofing at times isn’t the best. The road outside is a main road and it’s very active, even during the night, so if you’re a light sleeper in the front of the house - it’s worth taking ear plugs!
