Large luxurious 2 bedroom apartment. We use this as a second home not just a rental property so that is reflected in the style and quality of furnishing and equipment. The furniture is mostly Italian, leather seating with lacquered tables and chairs, and the kitchen has Bosch appliances and quality utensils. The large patio area has glass curtains which can open for a cool summer retreat or close for a comfortable winter extra room. The large patio overlooks the private garden, the patel tennis court and the swimming pool. You can relax at the pool or in the garden where sun loungers and chairs are provided. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the en-suite has a jacuzzi style tub. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier. The lounge and master bedroom have flat screen television and WiFi is free. . All the comforts of home are in the apartment and we hope you enjoy it as much as we and our family do.

Casares Beach is an excellent centre for exploring Andulucia . Don Julio Golf Course is a short walk away and right next to our urbanisation, Nearest beach, Playa Ancha, is a ten minute stroll and boasts Blue Flag status. There are many other fine beaches with hire facilities for boating, diving etc. Casares village, named after Julius Cesar, is few kms and has excellent hiking and cycling routes in the spectacular scenery of the surrounding mountains and National Parks. For golfers, the Don Julia course is a short walk from our door, Finca Cortesin, voted Europe's no 1 golf spa is a few kms. and Vallderama is 16 kms. Gibraltar with duty free shopping is a 35 minute drive, Marbella and Puerto Banus are a similar distance. The historic towns of Ronda, Cardoba and Granada can be reached for day visits whilst Saville, Jerez and Cadiz are 2-3 hour drives. Estepona, with a beautiful medieval old town and a Carrefor hypermarket, is 16 kms. The local town, Sabinillas, has supermarkets and local shopping and a beautiful seaside boardwalk lined with dozens of bars and restaurants that stretches for miles in each direction. If you want the bright lights and 24hr entertainment this is not the location for you but it is fantastic for a quiet, active or family holiday
