This spacious 5 bedroom/ 5 bathroom mountain home is in the perfect location, just minutes away from the base of Peak 8. Built in 2007, the home offers all the amenities you are used to from home, and is sure to delight for your perfect ski or summer vacation and be the source of many fond memories! Four out of five bedrooms have a king size bed, the fifth room has 4 single beds!
The main level boasts a gorgeous kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and all the supplies needed to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining room offers a grand table with seating for 10. There is also seating for 6 at the bar. Off of the dining room is the living room, offering leather seating, gorgeous wood ceiling and stunning floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace. The main master is also on this level, offering fireplace, king bed, chaise lounge, TV, large tub, separate shower, and dual sinks. There is another master bedroom, also offering a king bed, and private bathroom.
The lower level is an entertainers dream including game room with pool table, additional TV, hot tub, fireplace, second living room, and another full kitchen. Also on this level is another master bedroom with king bed, fireplace, and private bathroom. On the other side of the game room is a king bedroom with Jack-and-Jill bathroom that leads into the trundle bed room. The king bedroom boasts a fireplace, king bed, chaise lounge, and patio access to the hot tub. The trundle room offers 2 twin beds with 2 twin trundles.
As you can see, this phenomenal house has all the comforts of home.....and then some! The location is ideal, you can walk to peak 8 and the shuttle stop is just a block away. This house is the perfect place to make memories on your ski or summer vacation!
Please no pets. We also have a minimum age to rent of 25. No high school or college party groups allowed. Families with children are very welcome.

Summary: This is the perfect home if you have multiple couples traveling with you. 4 of 5 bedrooms have fireplaces which is a nice touch. The large family table and games provided an opportunity to sit down and enjoy meals together and disconnect from technology and play board games. The bedding needs to be updated, mattresses were a bit “lumpy” and pillows old and flat. Also there is no streaming services available in the front room, so watching any of your favorite streaming platforms is a no-go. The bedrooms do have a google streamer stick, so that was helpful, but no family movie night could be had, unless you wanted to watch outdated movies..The bedrooms do have

Summary: The home was beautiful and very spacious for our group. It was fully stocked with everything we needed from pitchers for lemonade, cards for the kids to play, blowup beds for the teens, or even some spices to make some garlic bread! It had it all. The hot tub was a favorite for the teenagers and the cozy fireplaces were perfect to sit around with family resting in our evenings after a long day of skiing. The host was quick and thorough whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend!

Summary: We took our family to Breckenridge for spring break skiing and had a fantastic stay at this incredibly roomy yet cozy house. The location is ideal as you can either walk to the ski village (about 15 min pushing a stroller) or ride the shuttle bus from a super convenient stop near the house. We cooked almost all of our dinners here and the kitchen is well appointed ! The hot tub jets weren’t working but the host sent a repairman to fix and it was wonderful. Great vacuity family and the house made it possible! Highly recommend.

Summary: We were in Breckenridge for a wedding weekend and this home was perfect for our group of 10. There was plenty of space, two kitchens, two living rooms, and the 5 bedrooms were great for all of us to spread out! It was an easy walk to the shuttle bus line on the main road to get to town and close to hiking trails. Great communication with Telly prior and throughout our stay. Our only complaint would be the sketchy internet service (came and went every day). Otherwise, would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Summary: We had 9 people across 3 generations stay here. Everyone had a great experience with the house and a very comfortable bed and sleeping quarters. We would very much like to return if we go back to Breck. Thank you for a wonderful home base away from home!

Summary: The house was perfect for a family gathering. We liked that it had two levels so the kids could have a separate play area or my son-in-law could work. The bedrooms are nice and large with king beds and a private bathroom. The kitchen and dining area was really nice. We would definitely rent this again.
