This lush, three-and-a-half-acre property includes two separate homes that sit a few miles west of downtown Ocean City and north of Assateague State Park.
Your vacation begins at the main house, where a beautifully manicured lawn welcomes you home. Step inside to find an air-conditioned living space full of natural light, with two-story ceilings, polished tile floors, and a wood-burning fireplace with an immense brick facade.

No weddings, reunions, parties, gatherings, cookouts, or get-togethers of any kind with over 20 guests not staying in the house are permitted without an Event and Gathering Contract. Contact details will be provided in your confirmation email about coordinating your special event.
Family reunions and quiet group retreats are allowed. No gatherings are allowed where vehicles cannot all fit in property driveways. No street parking is allowed.
Anyone under 25 must be traveling with a parent or legal guardian.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 9 vehicles.

Security camera details: Because of valuable memorabilia, the game room is under camera surveillance. Additionally, due to liability reasons, the pool and hot tub areas outside are also under video surveillance.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
