Summary: The historical environment and the restaurant were our favorites. The location of the shops was very convenient. The room we selected was too small, and the bed was uncomfortable.

Summary: Very nice, clean room and bed. It would be nice to have better, brighter lighting at the mirror in the bathroom. It also might be nice to add a small refrigerator and have a microwave area for guests. We had leftovers from the restaurant downstairs but lacked accomodations for it. I did have a cooler in the car and we ate it cold. 🙂 The kitchen was kind to give me ice for drinks. Very friendly cleaning service. A+ job!

Summary: Hotel has not been updated in ages! Bathroom sink was cracked in several places and blackened by many years of usage. Bathroom was tiny and shower was as small as those on cruise ship. Rooms are very small. Hotel needs to be totally redone and rooms need to be greatly increased in size. Hotel does not live up to prices charged for rooms. Only thing going for hotel is its superb location in Town Center. I Don't write adverse critiques-but this one is needed!

Summary: We stayed in the cottage not the actual hotel. It needed cleaning badly. Thick cobwebs and an ant infestation, along with poor housekeeping attention during our stay negatively impacted our visit. We brought the housekeeping issue to the attention of the front desk with little effect.
