Summary: Super big and comfortable place for a three generation family Thanksgiving event.. my 80’s parents, my brothers and our adult kids had a great stay. Plenty of comfortable beds, lots of towels, kitchen has everything you might imagine in large quantities.. host easy to contact.. location convenient to everywhere in Columbia. Highly recommend.

Summary: The house is the perfect location to stay for any USC event. 10 minute Uber ride to USC campus and stadium. Walking distance to food, and Dunkin' Donuts. House was clean. Bedrooms are large and there are lots of places to hang out. Outside fireplace was so enjoyable with string lights and heat lamps too. Tons of kitchen dishes and glasses to accommodate any meal! It was the perfect house for a fun family weekend!

Summary: We had an amazing weekend visiting our daughter at USC and attending the USC vs Alabama football game. Valerie and Charles were amazing to work with and their home is absolutely perfect for large family gatherings. Every detail was covered, plenty of space for everyone and simply a beautiful home. Charles spent a lot of time with us ensuring we were aware of everything the house had to offer, thank you!!! We will be back and very much look forward to working with Valerie and Charles again.

Summary: What a wonderful location for my daughter's graduation party from the University of South Carolina! We hosted our family and relatives for the weekend and then 60 guests for a low country oyster roast, boil and BBQ on 5-7. Valerie and her staff were amazing as they showed us around, answered all our questions and did everything to make the entire weekend one to remember.
