Summary: Would have been a nice place if some things had been updated. The floor and couches had hair everywhere on them. The bathtub was dirty and should be replaced. The kitchen counters were flakey and also should be replaced. All of the windows were dusty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite sometime. The floor was very creaky old wood. I ended up having to get a hotel due to the conditions as well as there were some bugs. Tried to work it out with the host who had been good at communicating until that point. Quite unfortunate, but Dallas was great. Just don't recommend staying here until they've revamped it a bit. Also felt a little unsafe having the code to enter the building and the apartment being the same.
