Summary: The apartment is in a quiet residential area approx 15 min walk to the beach and the main area of Cannes. The railway station is also 10min walk away and journeys to Nice, Monaco, Grasse etc are only a short journey away. There are staff to help with ticket purchasing. Alice will keep you informed and Josic and his granddaughter are there with a warm welcome to introduce you to the apartment. The apartment is cleaned and has everything required for a stay and it is also a very good size. There is access to a pool shared with other holiday makers and residents - everyone is very friendly. There is underground private parking if required. Absolutely recommend.

Summary: Alice was a very attentive host and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended if you want to be close to the centre of Cannes - about 12 minute walk to the Palais and less time to shops along Rue Meynardier, Many thanks again!

Summary: We had a wonderful time in this apartment. Clean and well situated, it suited our needs. Close to the station and a short walk from amenities, beach, la Croisette etc. Children were very happy with the pool. Alice and Josic are a lovely couple and perfect hosts. Email communication from Alice was always prompt. They were there when we arrived and had left some staples (including a bottle of wine) for us. They went above and beyond when we left - hadn't realised we'd left some clothes behind until Josic arrived on the platform at the train station with them for us! Definitely recommend.

Summary: We loved our stay in Cannes. Amazing hosts, fab property for a family of 4. The kids loved having a pool on the doorstep, and we had everything we could need (washing machine and dishwasher with 2 young boys an absolute must on holiday!). The hosts were absolutely lovely, and we were made to feel right at home and knew what to do in the area. Altogether a lovely holiday.

Summary: We rented this accommodation for MIPIM and it was excellent. The location was perfect and very close to the Palais de festival. Alice was extremely helpful throughout the booking process right up to the day of arrival. The accommodation itself had everything that we needed for our stay.

Summary: We would thoroughly recommend this property, whether for a short stay or a longer holiday. The hosts are wonderful, ensuring you feel welcomed to the property, making sure you have everything you need, recommending what to see and do. We were delayed after an eventful journey to get there, but they were waiting and were very understanding. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, good for a family on holiday. Everything worked perfectly, and the fast WiFi was a good feature! The apartment complex is nice with a good pool and basement parking. The location is handy both for visiting Cannes itself, and exploring the nearby towns and villages. We'd really recommend hiring a car for at least a part of your stay and visiting Grasse or St-Paul. Alice and Josic are brilliant, we couldn't have hoped for better hosts. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday!

Summary: The apartment it like in photos, the owners Alice and Josic are very good people, we have been late because of the traffic , and they wait us after 10 pm with a "welcome package" and gave us all the details about the apartment, suroundings and everything we need. The contact was by phone or by email with prompt answers. You can find all you need from toilet paper to WIFI fast internet. Parking place on the secure basement is a plus for people who come by car. The only problem , for the people with little children is the distance to the beach by foot, it take about 30 minutes and the problem when you come back to the apart. (sun and climb) I am sorry for the late answer. Thank you Alice and Josic.

Summary: we were there 4 adults and one 12 months baby and for 10 days we had one of the best experiences. starting from our arrival, Alice (the owner) made all possible to have a perfect start, she was helpful in advising best places in Cannes, best restaurants, we even had a map and time table for the exhibitions that were in Cannes for the period we stayed there. apartment very clean, close to all attractions, big and having all the things you might need for a perfect time away from your home; you can actually feel like home sometimes :) THANK YOU Alice for all you did.
