Positive: This property was well-outfitted, impeccably clean and located in a very nice neighbourhood with convenient on street parking.
Negative: Not a criticism but we made a couple suggestions to add to the kitchen cooking pans and dishes and the owner readily agreed to look after it.
Summary: A great place to stay. You won’t be disappointed!

Positive: Our stay was very comfortable. It is clean, all the basic necessities are provided as listed. I was in the bedroom closet to the living room and found the mattress to be exceptionally comfortable, providing a great sleep. Shane, the host was very good with communication.
Negative: I was with my elderly mother who has some mobility difficulties. I realize that this property wasn’t listed as having specific features offering mobility assistance. This is just a heads up for someone who requires extra mobility assistance. Getting in and out was very easy. Only 5 steps to gain entry. Although the couch was extra comfortable for me, my mother could not use it due to its low height.Mom was able to use the bathtub and shower, but again there was no grab rails. This is not a complaint, just a heads up.

Positive: Very clean, nice layout with 2 full bedrooms, quiet backyard, stayed cool in the hot summer, had everything we needed, super close to grouse mountain and great parts of North Vancouver.
Negative: Linens are washed in scented detergent. There's a lot of people with allergies and sensitivities for whom this is problematic. It's also bad for the environment. Super easy fix to switch to something fragrance free
Summary: Great place for families wanting an apartment-like stay.
