Equiped with full kitchen/appliances with stone bench tops, seperate laundry, seperate toilet, dining/family area and large lush outdoor covered backyard area.
Both bed rooms include pocket spring mattresses with luxury sheets.
The home includes full high-speed free STARLINK Wi-Fi internet by SpaceX with 4K smart TV and air-conditioning.
Your have full private access to the whole home. The design is a duplex only the driveway being shared with the adjoining home/neighbours.
The host is available on call at anytime - Guests have full private use of the whole home.
*Condition: As part of the booking, the main guest is required to provide an image of government ID (passport, Licence) prior to check-in.
*Note that the home is 20+ years old and would have some imperfections of cosmetic nature i.e. perhaps a slightly cracked bathroom tile or some slight ware to kitchen cabinets which can be seen, only when open (as examples). Summary: This home was in a quiet location. Close to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others. The outside sitting area was great to be able to just chill and listen to the birds. Ed the owner was responsive to my emails.

Summary: This place has been very nicely refurbished and is exactly as described. It was just what we were looking for, both comfortable and convenient for visiting family and the region. The current reroofing of the pergola will complete the amenity in wet weather when finished. I would recommend this place.
