Positive: The cottage was lovely and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts were very helpful and come to check we had everything we need. We had a lovely fire pit one of the evenings which the hosts very kindly set up for us. Overall, a lovely place to stay!

Negative: The house was very cold, even with the heating on we had to wear extra layers in side. The hosts came to help turn the heating up but I think we came at a particularly cold time so we struggled to keep warm. We also struggled a bit with the location as it is very far away from shops but it’s perfect if what you’re after is peace and quiet.

Positive: This is a very spacious and cozy country house, fully furnished with great attention to detail. It offers a truly home-like experience, feeling as though someone lives there. It has a lot of beds on the second floor, so it is suitable for a large family or a group of friends travelling together.

Negative: The stairs to the second floor are quite steep, and there are no handrails. No second bathroom on the second floor, either. This might not be a good fit for elderly people.

Positive: We came here from Tromsø to watch the northern light! Amazing location, perfect to watch them!! The owners are SOOO GOOD people!!! Very kind and attentive to our needs. Always available to help!! They also offer tours through the little town to let you discover how the live and what they do!

Positive: Good value for money. We stayed in the house for one night on our way north. We were given clear instructions about the key and the accommodation. Plenty of space and several beds to choose where to sleep.
