Positive: Nermina met me at the bus terminal, she was such a welcome sight after 40 hours of travelling from Australia! The little extra that she went to as a host made this experience a 10/10, gold star. Above and beyond what you would expect when booking accommodation. I have no hesitation in staying there again or recommending Lapard Sunshine Apartments. Walking distance to busses and restaurants. Nicely tucked away just out of the city and no stairs!! Her husband dropped me at the port when I was ready to leave by ferry. Transfers are a ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ bonus.

Negative: Nothing to complain about, maybe bring some insect repellent if sitting outside-a general thing to travel with.

Positive: I chose this property because of its ratings and it did not disappointed! Hosts are the best, on the day we were coming I received a msg saying they would pick us up from the bus station. As a welcome courtesy, it felt like we were being hosted by friends ! The place is super cute and well organized and equipped with everything we needed, plus washing machine, dishwasher, cable tv with hundreds and hundreds of channels ! The host left a welcoming note on the table, coffee, tea, snacks , some food and drinks in the fridge ! And no they did not charged for that! The location is great, very safe, with many walking distance restaurants , grocery stores, bus station and less than 1 km a beautiful beach were you can watch an amazing sunset !! I highly recommend this place !

Positive: I would highly recommend Lapad Sunshine Apartment. The location is ideal, with the number 6 bus at the end of the road giving us easy access to the main tourist sites of Dubrovnik. The hosts were amazing. Nermina is incredibly friendly and warm and it is clear that every little thing has been thought about in providing every thing needed for our stay. She was great with communication and was quick to respond if we needed anything. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Positive: Our host was amazing, the communication was great and she was always very helpful. The apartment was spotless. The host arranged a transfer from the airport for us and when we arrived to the apartment she has gotten bread, water, a bottle of wine and few other things for us. That was so nice. The apartment is great, the area is nice and quiet. Very close to the bus stop, supermarket and the promenade with lots of restaurants

Positive: The location was perfect, really quiet and peaceful, but also busy enough to feel safe. The bus stop was right around the corner and the local shop was so close. Also the transfer that they booked us was so nice, the driver was so friendly, really informative and made us feel so comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this place any more, it’s a perfect place to stay.

Positive: The property was very close to nearest beach, 3 minutes walk to a shop and 10 minutes to bus stop which means getting to the city centre didn’t take much time, also there was an alley of restaurants very close to the apartment. Regarding the flat, everything was clean and well planed, all facilities were working properly. The host was very helpful and taking care of us
