Positive: Great location, nice pool, all you need there even an extra kitchen if you ever wanted to use it, very friendly staff who sort out any problem, quiet

Negative: A rather dark room with a view to a wall shielding from the lift and gangways, so a need to keep the blinds down all day No shade at the pool

Positive: Very well located. Convenient to two MRT stations. Walking distance to shops on Orchard Road. Apartment had the essentials (Fridge, microwave, utensils etc) and it was such a benefit to have a laundry on site. Ashok who was at reception was such a friendly, helpful and informative person. A great resource for places to eat or visit.

Negative: Given two guests in the room, it would be useful to provide a second chair (even if a folding one) so that both guests may sit in the kitchenette for meals.

Summary: Great holiday. If only it could have been longer 😁!

Positive: We loved the location. All the staff were fabulous. It was very clean. Great rooftop pool. Free laundry facilities. Everything was exceptional. We had a kitchen, so breakfast was easy.

Negative: There was nothing to dislike.

Positive: Extremely convenient location near the MRT and bus. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and housekeeping comes every day to clean the room and replace the towels.

Summary: Ideal location and has everything you could need, including pool, gym and laundry facilities.

Positive: Perfect location with easy access to public transport both bus and train. Incredibly friendly staff (helped decorate Xmas tree in foyer). Snacks in communal kitchen. Rooftop pool with stunning views just what we needed on an evening. Room was incredibly clean, even dirty pots washed for us on the daily. Bed super comfy.

Negative: Tiny thing to change - just slightly too much chlorine in the hot tub - but this is being picky and trying to find something wrong because it was exceptional we loved our stay.

Positive: Luxury at its finest! Rooftop large swimming pool, hot tub, and chill lounge with a stunning city view. Loved the rooftop at night especially! High-end communal kitchen for all to share. Well-equipped gym. Walking distance to all the best sights. Bus #36 goes right in front of the building, direct from the airport (~50 minutes and $3). Super friendly staff. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Very quiet building. The only place to stay in Singapore! Loved it! :)
