Negative: The ‘swimming pool’ was very small - photos are misleading. While on the beachfront, I didn’t see a private beach area. And to access the beach we were advised to leave the front of the property onto the main road, walk through the empty lot next door. There was a lot of unpleasant litter on the beach.

Positive: It was spacious, very clean with house staff there the whole time to tend to any needs. They were welcoming, and very helpful. The food prepared was amazing. I arrived on my own (single 50+ female) until my friend from Australia arrived. I felt safe and comfortable Excellent stay and would highly recommend

Negative: Unfortunately the properties either side have closed down so that spoils the surrounding view but that shouldn’t have an impact on your stay - palm trees and beach infront of you from the back of the house and booking the superior too gives you a huge covered balcony with bean bags to relax on ( perfect for during a storm)

Positive: The manager & the lady working daily in the property were both wonderful. When I was.not feeling well there after my 1st night in Sri Lanka they were both very helpful in giving me medications & drinks to help me. In addition the location was excellent as the property backs onto the beach. Also the pool was very clean & inviting. Finally the breakfast offerings were very good.

Negative: My only suggestion is that the WI-FI system could be improved. Apart from that I do not have any other criticisms.
