Positive: I had a one-night stay in Negombo, and overall it was a fantastic experience. The room was comfortable, and I really appreciated the tea and coffee facilities with a perfect kettle provided. The air conditioning worked well, though it could be improved slightly. Despite that, my stay was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this place. A special mention to the lady at reception—she was very welcoming and made sure everything was well prepared for my arrival. Hot water was available and everything was in good condition. Overall, a great stay. I highly recommend it!

Negative: Services were delayed. As per the price, the room was average with only a ceiling fan. They had no arrangement of food.

Positive: The rooms are clean and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. The location is excellent—only a 2-minute walk to the beach, which was very convenient. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the owner is kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. Although there is no swimming pool, the overall experience was wonderful thanks to the great hospitality and perfect location. Highly recommended for a pleasant and comfortable stay near the beach.
