3 Bedroom House in Langs Beach

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home with spectacular ocean views and you can walk to Ding Bay in 5 minutes or Langs Beach in less than 10. The house has a large sunny deck and a separate BBQ area. The entrance is fenced from the road and there is a large lawn area for kids to play on. We have a huge garden and look out over native bush to the ocean.
The Mangawhai golf course is nearby and surfers can catch a wave at Waipu Cove. Waipu Cove has a restaurant, fish and chips and a dairy. There is a beautiful coastal walk between Waipu Cove and Langs Beach and entrance is a few minutes down road. Waipu is a pretty little town, remaining true to its Scottish Heritage, quaint shops and restaurants including the famous Pizza barn.
We have recently bought new beds for the single room (2 single bunks and a king single with pull out). There is a portacot available for use.
Please leave our house tidy at the end of your stay with rubbish removed. A cleaning fee will be charged separately.
We prefer you to bring you own linen (sheets and towels etc) but if you would like to use our linen please strip beds and wash, dry and put away your linen when you leave.
Special conditions:
No smoking. Guests must ask permission to pitch tents.

Summary: Very nice place. Beautiful deck, amazing views. Great bedrooms, laundry facility, kitchen and bbq. Only down side is that it is right on a very busy main road with main bedroom getting truck noise at night. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Summary: Awesome Bach that is even better in real life than the photos. Spectacular view! 7 min walk to dingi bay beach which is great for swimming. Lovely retro furniture. House is very warm from the sun beaming in!

Summary: This is an old bach but is comfortable with large, pleasant grounds and has everything that you could want. Both bathrooms had been modernized and were excellent. Traffic noise could worry some sleeping in the front bedroom, and driving out onto Cove Road was a bit tricky because of a nearby bend in the road. The nearby coastal walkways to Waipu Cove and Ding Bay were great. Overall it was a very pleasant three day stay.

Summary: Lovely quirky retro bach with everything you need. Stunning outlook and so close to Waipu Cove and the coastal walk. A few maintenance issues need to be addressed but other than that a delightful place to stay!

Summary: Really lovely bach with fantastic sea views from large elevated deck. Bach well appointed with 2 new bathrooms and everything you need for a good family holiday. Owner / Manager communicated very well. We would certainly come again.

Summary: Nice spot, great view, and large sectionto enjoy. the coast walk beetween langs beach and waipu cove is a superb coastal walk. A quaint bach reminded me of our family batch in the 1970's. Only thing to be careful of, is exiting and entering the driveway as it is on a blind corner and a lot of vehicles do not adher to the 50km speed limit
