Summary: This is my honest review: Staff = 10/10, Food = 7/10, Homestay = 10/10, Beach = 5/10 The most exciting thing about this place are the view and of course, the swimming pool. Do I recommend this place? Of course, book and stay here, you will not regret.

Summary: This is a very nice place in a remote location with nothing much to do but relax. If you like that, go here. Nice breakfast buffet. The restaurant is good and pretty, but the only place you can get a drink within a few miles. Get a duty free bottle before you come. The landscaping and pool and beach at the hotel are very beautiful and well maintained, but beyond the hotel the beach is full of plastic garbage. Rooms are not big but big enough with nice balconies with ceiling fans. There is one very busy road. Don't walk along it. We saw crocodiles in the ditch. Staff was very nice as well.

Summary: This is a lovely place to stay, it has perhaps seen better days but it is clean, comfortable and so very calm and relaxing. The staff are really lovely, the food is great, we loved the balcony overlooking the sea. We were lucky enough to be there on a Sunday with the fantastic buffet Sunday lunch (roast, yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and pumpkin, great desserts!) and amazing live music. We really enjoyed our stay, it' s a half hour drive to KK and very handy for getting to the airport. And the cheese from their cheese producer is fantastic (brie and feta!)

Summary: It's on the beach about 15 km south of Kota Kinabalu. It is on a busy road, but it is set back from the road so it is quiet. It is friendly, peaceful, has a beach cleaned of plastic trash, with great views of the S. China Sea. It has 2 nice swimming pools. The food is good.
