Summary: Wonderful location. Very private with breathtaking views. The hostess has a wonderful eye for detail. All the accessories in the bedroom and bathroom made it feel special cozy and warm. The teas were divine. Breakfast was delicious. So nice to have a true boutique hotel experience with a lovely personal touch.

Summary: The Hotel is clean and tidy, however a little tired, it is located next to the lands end sign and next to a restaurant which has good food and great service

Summary: Andy was lovely , the breakfast was nice and whilst we had a "Garden View room " - (there was no garden ) so can only comment on our room type - I think "luxury boutique" is a stretch.... Over priced for what we expected.

Summary: Andy, not sure if the owner or manager of both but was a man of true hospitality. The place was very nice and right on the water, great views. Next door a restaurant where we had a nice dinner overlooking the bay. Easy to find and park. He helped us out with a change of travel plans and was very accommodating.
