Positive: The house and the location is great, especially when you like to stay away from the crowd. In terms of equipment there is probably all U may want. The house is simple, but very clean and well organised.

Negative: The "deposit" request was clearly described in the offer but after reading all the reviews I started to worry a bit. It turned out that we also had small issues/delays. I don't understand why the deposit was not returned upon checkout (after all I paid it only after short check of the house, so the landlord can do it equally fast).I don't understand why it was not returned even after 7 days as stated in the offer. It was paid back in full only after I asked booking.com for help. Well... But truth to be told - this was a good stay. I kind of even liked the landlord during the stay. He was really helpful. Just this deposit issue is awkward.
