Positive: Well equipped, newly renovated, clean apartment. Great value for price, Payerbach is a nice base to explore the surroundings. Very detailed instructions for everything.

Negative: One of the apartments is in the groundfloor, which can make it a bit cold in winter, but the heating is functioning well.

Positive: I loved my time at Landhaus Dodo, it’s exactly what I was looking for. I’m grateful for the cookware that’s provided because I was able to cook my own meals and picked up a few items from the self serve grocery store by the bridge. The decorations made it feel welcoming and bright. Love the flower shaped plates. The welcome book with instructions is detailed and well thought out. Even when I had an issue figuring out the sauna, the communication was kind and efficient and I was able to enjoy the sauna after a cold day walking around town.

Positive: Keys are available in a security box. Fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, microwave, oven. The large garden features garden furniture, a ping pong table, and a sauna. There is a place to store bicycles. Street parking is available. The train station is nearby, which we used for a longer bike trip.

Negative: Apartment Top 3 is located in the basement, which means less natural light and slightly musty air in places. We didn't use the outdoor seating area because it didn't look very inviting. The apartment seemed clean overall, but there were places that weren't tidy. There were plastic bottles and napkins under the bed.
