Negative: They showed us to a two story room ?? We are seniors and the stairs were too much. The elevator was a half a football field away🤷‍♀️ the first room hardly had a view and we paid for a view so they gave us another room. Two more flights of stairs. I called two weeks before to see about the dining room and they said it was open. NOT Our final room was good but I had to give them $20. More to get it. The lady at the desk said it is bookings fault and also told me nobody likes the first room .so I asked her why she thought WE would ??? I would be very clear about what I want if I stayed here again.
