Welcome to Homer! Our accommodations are clean and comfortable, with breathtaking views of Kachemak Bay, mountains, glaciers, and the Homer Spit.
The apartment is on the second floor above our own garage, has a private entrance, one full bathroom and two bedrooms (Queen bed, Full bed w/ twin). Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, living room, washer and dryer, internet and Roku (for streaming channels).

Summary: Enjoyed an amazing stay - Tanya's vacation home was everything & more. Rooms were immaculate, spacious & had all that was needed. Kitchen was greatly stocked, LR & 1 of the 2 BR's had the most spectacular views & getting to see the Moose & her calf's on the property made the experience more exciting. Highly recommending this listing.

Summary: Self check-in to Moose View was very easy and parking is right in front. The views from the living room are truly breathtaking! It’s an incredible panorama of the town of Homer, the Homer Spit, Kachemak Bay and the gorgeous Alaskan Range! The apartment is very comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a washer & dryer in the apartment. From the living room window we saw a moose with her baby right outside. Thanks for the delicious banana bread and for a fabulous stay!!

Summary: We recently had the pleasure of staying at your charming house in Homer and it completely exceeded ours expectations.The real star of the show was the view. From the large windows in the living room, and bedroom we had a sweeping panorama of Kachemak Bay, the Homer Spit, and the towering mountains in the distance.

Summary: We absolutely loved the condo! It was incredibly quiet and spotlessly clean, with stunning views of Kachemak Bay. The location was perfect—we really enjoyed being able to see the Homer Spit from the property. The home itself was beautifully decorated and felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It was so easy to settle in and feel at home. We also appreciated all the thoughtful little touches around the house—they really made the stay special. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Summary: Nothing but positives to communicate. Beautiful, clean, and well appointed property. Beautiful views of the bay, spit, and mountains across the bay from HUGE windows in both the main bedroom and living room. My wife and I found the vista mesmerizing. Can't describe how much time I spent just looking out those windows. Even when it was raining out, watching the clouds drift over the bay was beautiful. Five minute drive to anywhere in Homer. Bed was comfortable. We used the kitchen a lot, and it had everything we needed. Tanja was a magnificent host. Communicative and accommodating. Parking easy. We followed Tanja's instructions and drove a mile up the road and saw a mama moose and calf strolling the neighborhood. Loved Homer. Loved the property. We told our family in Anchorage and the property, and on their next trip to Homer they are going to try to stay there. We will definitely stay their again when the opportunity arises.

Summary: Words cannot describe how nice this rental is. It has everything you need and more. The hosts could not have made it any more welcoming then they did. The banana bread was such a nice gift. The rental is immaculate and makes you feel at home.

Summary: Moose View was the perfect spot for us to unwind after busy days of fishing, hiking and exploring Homer. The apartment was well appointed and the view spectacular.
