Directly opposite the lovely, wide shingle Lancing beach, there is plenty of space to relax, sunbathe, or enjoy a peaceful walk. The views across the English Channel are stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. Unlike some of the more tourist-heavy spots nearby, Lancing retains a laid-back, uncommercialised vibe. It’s perfect if you’re looking to escape the crowds and enjoy the natural beauty of the Sussex coast.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has tonnes of natural daylight pouring in and opens out with sliding doors into the living area. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, oven, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 4 guests.
LIVING ROOM
You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and a single chair bed not yet made up as a bed (sleep 1), making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat.
BEDROOM
The bedroom has a double bed that sleeps 2. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

• There is a washing machine in the kitchen.
• There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for guests to use.
