Summary: The hotel has been neglected and a lot of the garden is overgrown. All of the balconies are shared so there is no privacy at all. The room itself was nice. The food was ok but most of the meals were served like warm. The pictures definitely make it look better than it is and for $600 a night (Boxing Day) we expected a lot more.

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We stayed on the sunset side and had tea on the balcony in the morning. If you are lucky you can see the hot air balloons gliding over the vines before going higher in the sky. We had dinner and breakfast at the accommodation and both were excellent. The staff were warm and inviting.

Summary: We drove to Milawa specifically so we could stay at this wonderful hotel...and it did not disappoint! The room was beautiful - all the luxiourious touches you'd hope for. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was exactly like the photos. Amazing breakfast too. Would love to stay here again.
